Assessments

Silo Mills assessments are billed annually at $1020.
 
What are assessments?
To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the Association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs, and administration and adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements for common property. To obtain these funds, all members of the community are required to pay assessments to the association. The Board of Directors will establish assessment rates each year and adopt the annual budget for the community.
 
How do I pay my assessments?
Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessments. Whichever method you choose, include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper payment application. Your account number is printed on your annual statement, and if you have any questions, you can contact the Silo Mills team at silomillstx@ccmcnet.com.
 
Direct Debit / ACH Payments
Login to the resident portal, select the E-Pay tab and follow the prompts to enter your banking information. The management team can provide you with your username and password. * Please note ACH will only pull your next assessment value when it is due. ACH will NOT draft monthly payments. 
 
Mail
When paying by mail, make checks payable to "Silo Mills Homeowners Association," and include your account number on your check. Send your payment along with your statement stub to:

Online Payment
To make a one-time or recurring payment online, please click here to be linked to our payment website. From there, you will be linked to the banking website CCMC uses to process online payments.
*If you set up recurring electronic check payments with the bank and your assessment amount has changed, you must update your payment information.
 
E-Statements
